Helpful Customer Service at Beach Camera
I had recently ordered a camera bundle from Beach Camera via Amazon.com. There were a couple of minor issues which were quickly rectified. I brought these issues up to the vendor via Amazon and they responded. Rizalyn assisted me via online messages and kept me informed on how the issues were being taken care of. She was not only helpful, but reassuring and kind with her words. They were not only helpful, the Camera bundle was a good price, I received the package the very next day, and the camera is a joy to use! Thank you Beach Camera.

Everything was as it stated.
I was excited to receive this camera, as I take pics for my sons high school football team. The first set came out excellent. I havent gotten to take any night pics yet, so Im curious to see how they turn out. The video is also excellent. I like being able to touch the screen to take pics as well..

too much stuff in this package that most people dont need
so you wouldn't think getting "too many things" would be a problem. well they sent multiple of the same stuff, left out some very important things.. i guess i should elaborate 1. you get 2 camera bags (2 different sizes) and inside each of those bags you get the exact same stuff. cleaning equipment, tripod, straps.. like yea cleaning your camera is important, but i dont need all this stuff at the very beginning. 2. the photo of the product shows 2 different kinds of battery chargers. it showed up with the mh-25a which requires an extension cord to plug into the wall... they didnt send the cord. so i have 2 batteries (both sent at 1/3 life) and now have to go out and buy something to charge my camera 3. the usb-c they sent is the wrong cable, it will not charge the camera when plugged into the computer, its only good for transferring photos. it would also be really nice if they offered this package slightly trimmed down, as i said i dont need all the cleaning kit stuff (at all as i already have them), i also didnt need the photo/video editing, camera bag, and it would of been nice if they had sold it with the new kind of memroy instead of the sd will update this once i actually get to use my camera after finding the cable (really dont want to buy from amazon again after this)

Loving my Nikon z6ii
I’m loving this camera so far. I upgraded from the D5600 and couldn’t be happier. It performs so much better in low light and the images are much sharper. I also loved all of the additional items that came with the camera including a cleaning set, and extra battery and memory card. No complaints so far.

Long delivery, products Ok, No software ??
Order took almost 5 weeks To get shipped. On arrival everything ok but I did not received the software packages, I will still try to get them from seller.

Screen protector wrong size and camera light not as pictured.
The screen protector is too small and the camera light does not come with batteries or a charger as pictured.

There is nothing to dislike with this camera. Top notch and very happy with the performance. Video quality is exceptional and I will recommend it.

Nice.
Keep in mind that I’m coming from a Nikon D3500. The camera is super user friendly, however the auto eye AF can be quite confusing however it makes for a super crisp image, regardless of your surroundings. I also was also to snap about 3 thousand images at a wedding before the camera died.
