I cannot get the O rings to stay on. How do you get the o rings on?

We have found that it is much easier to start on one side... and then pull the o-ring over to the other side; rather than just trying to push the O-Ring on both sides simultaneously. So hook it over one cleat.... and then roll/pull it towards the other cleat to secure it (it will pop into place and be secure). I hope this helps!

Not worth it

Flimsy, small, and it came broken. It won’t hold more than 2-3 perfume bottles. The plastic will break the second you put pressure on it. I returned it immediately
