Yes. They come with a set of 2 flights. 3 white, 3 black. Very mice dart set by the way.

What is the barrel diameter?

I dont know the answer, but th barrel is very small/slender compared to most darts. But it is very solid and heavy. I love the feel of them!

What is the diameter of the 28g & 30g?

Thin shaft like a pencil on the 28g set I bought. Nice darts !!
