AGPTEK Corded Telephone with Headset & Dialpad | for House Call Center Office - Noise Cancellation

I needed this phone for my line of work. I looked around and finally found this one recommended by an employee of my business. Let me say that I have not regretted the purchase for one moment. I use this item consistently 6 days a week and it is upheld its weight in gold. It was packaged very carefully and Amazon shipped the item very quickly. The manual that is included is very thorough so I was able to set it up with no difficulty at all. This product has been very reliable and excellent durability. I have a daughter that loves to "play" with the headset portion since I just leave it in my workstation drawer. She loves to open the drawer and act like she is an operator and the headset portion of the item has held up very well....even for a 4 year old to play with. I love all the features of this phone for my customer service business and it complies with the dialer I am using with the call center features of the phone. There has been no interference or noise issues. I love the feel of the mic foam and how it conforms to the contours of my facial shape and it very very durable. Whether I wear the mic on the left or right side of my head, it is still comfortable. If you are looking for a durable, yet inexpensive headset that does not compromise quality, please do not hesitate to purchase!!! I waited purposely to post this review because I have purchased other headset phones that did not last this long. I am very very satisfied with this item!!! Thanks AGPtEK for a wonderful product!

Overall, it does the job for me and is certainly inexpensive. I keep the earphone volume at maximum and the clarity of the other person's voice is high, much better than the clarity of cordless handset headsets. That's the critical factor for me But, when I tried to use the headset hanger I found the foam pad stuck in the channel so it came off when I removed the headset. My solution is to leave the headset sitting on the desk and ignore the hanger. It's a cheap headset and not comfortable for continuous use, but the high clarity compensates. More importantly, for me at least, is the instruction manual. There's no explanation of what a the codes are: local, p, and IP (I assume the last is for a voip phone). I guessed that the local code is the US area code yet I still have no idea what a 'pcode' is; my web searches are futile. Overall, it's good enough to be used for my prospecting calls and a fraction of the price of a Plantronics keypad/headset.

This is a good-looking phone, that has great sound and is easy to use. It is comfortable and does the job. However... However, I've had this phone since June and have had to deal with it regularly disconnecting several times during the day. Sometimes it happens when I'm not on a call and it just means that once again I have to reset the time and date. Other times it happens during a call and since most of my calls on this phone are with customers that is not so good. I understand with technology there can be a number of variables, it could be this device or it could even be the phone line (although I never had the problem with the previous device). Three Stars is kind of a lukewarm review, I know. As I said, it does the job but sometimes doesn't let me complete mine. Update: I added a star to my original review because of excellent customer service. After posting my review, I was contacted by the seller. They said the manufacturer would be contacted in an effort to address the minor problems I am having with disconnects. Additionally, they said they would be refunding my purchase price and I could keep the device. Good customer service needs to be recognized. I like this phone, the design, the function, the sound. It is comfortable to use. If the occasional disconnect is being addressed all the better.

Does as it’s supposed good product

Perfect little size that does exactly what I expected. Rings very loudly, Can hear callers clearly, Has a back-lit screen, doesn’t feel cheaply made although it is Made in China! If your working from home like I am an need a phone for your home office, this is perfect! I have to type while on the phone, so headset is very nice to have. You won’t regret this purchase. Does not require a power cable, only the standard telephone cable. Works with my Grandstream HT-802 right out of the box, no setup required besides to set the time which is really easy with the English instructions. You won’t find a better phone with a headset! I searched for hours before deciding on this and so happy now!

I like that it works! Also red buttons. Headset very uncomfortable, could be better. The ringer can be lowered but it is still very loud and annoying ring. Never hear ring like it. However it does work for working from home. I would only buy again if ringer was changed and a better headset.

One star because it didn't do the main thing I needed it to. My biggest complaint is that these are NOT noise canceling. I tested it out with a friend & she said she could hear EVERY noise even with me talking over the noise because I know some headphones cancel out background noise while speaking. She also seemed to be having a bit of trouble hearing me at first until I adjusted the mic. These are 2 things I've seen a lot of people complain about in the reviews and they are absolutely right! Dialer works fine though.

I bought for HSN work from home. It is an excellent buy for under $30. Easy set up. Wonderful sound quality. The only drawbacks are the headset is a little snug for my big head but it did stretch over a few weeks and now it is comfortable. The year may reset to 2009. Which I really don't care about. What I care about is sound quality and ease of use and it is spot on. Works great with the landline.

Llegó en tiempo y forma, funciona al 100,la calidad del audio es regular pero si debo reconocer que reduce el ruido externo,es suave la esponja y no lastima la diadema. Ya llevo casi tres meses usándolo y todo funciona correctamente.

Funciona muy bien y es de buen material, el único pero es que no me dieron factura.

Me gustó mucho, está muy cómoda se escucha muy bien me encantó!
