Will this work on hero 7 white?

No, this only works with the HERO7 Black, HERO6 Black, HERO5 Black and HERO (2018). For the HERO7 White, you will need the Protective Housing instead.

How do you prevent the fog when scuba dive?

You need some GoPro anti-fog inserts. Both GoPro and several third party brands make and sell them on Amazon. Take the empty dive housing and place one anti-fog inserts on the left inner side, another on bottom inner side, load the GoPro camera into the dive housing and secured the waterproof latch/fastener. Do a YouTube search on the subject to see step by step videos.

I just bought this from here and can not get it on and closed (on a hero 5 black)... Am I doing something wrong? Can you help?

You have to take the front lense covering off. Directions to do this should be in instruction booklet.
