delicious!
I tried it for the first time today and it was very good. It dissolved easily in my coffee/ cocoa drink. it added a slight sweetness so I didn't feel the need to use sugar or any other sweetener. although I might try a little maraschino cherry juice in it sometime 😏. I think it's well worth the money. it's in powder form so it's easy to take with you. smells delicious!.

Nice substitute for dairy
I saw others saying it didn't dissolve well, but as I tend to blend chilled espresso or coffee, it worked very well. I sweeten it when warm, so that dissolved well, chill it, blend it with a few spoons of this and pour into a chilled glass or thermos over ice. It's lovely. Adds the right level of creaminess, a hint of a coconut flavor (which I like, I'd even enjoy it a little stronger) and the best part to me is no dairy or creepy thickeners (like carrageenan or guar gum).I did try using the canned coconut cream, just the solid part, but it's still very oily and fatty, without the creamy outcome I'm looking for, so this version is better on all fronts. If you don't want to use a blender or take your java hot, I don't know how this will work, but for blending into smoothies or cold/ice blended coffee it's terrific.

Transferred to a glass jar, easy to get to & keeps any critters away. If they love it you know its good. My 6 month old kitteh uses her head to shove me away so she can stick her nose in it... she can do whatever. I add a tablespoon to my coffee when I brew it in the French press, use it with stone ground Mexican chocolate, distilled water & cinnamon to make homemade hot cocoa in the nyc winter. Add to soups etc. I use a little with powder goats milk to make a warm slurry & put it in the girls kibble...my cats love it! Taste great, great value as it fits in a spaghetti jar. This is better as it hydrates & is healthy the bonus is tastes great, long lasting! If you are without electricity & want milk this is a better substitute, especially those of us that stay away from dairy. Love the smaller package too, want not waste not

Hard to dissolve but good flavor
Tastes like coconut milk. The only issue is it doesn’t dissolve well even in hot water. Perhaps sifting before using will help. Definitely sift first if using for baking.

An amazingly good creamer -- try it!
I am so happy to give a great review about this coconut milk powder! The 1st try in my coffee was a bit disappointing, but that was short-lived as the next day I tried it again, using more (about 3 heaping teaspoons) in my coffee. I stirred, let it sit, stirred it again, let it sit a little more until the little clumps of coconut milk powder were thoroughly mixed in my coffee. End result? Great! I highly recommend when you want something better than supermarket powdered creamers. No funny taste, no funny odor! It enhanced my coffee ☕️ more than I could ever have hoped for!(It's a great discovery while awaiting service on our refrigerator.)

Thank you for making this product!
Thank you for making this product. I’ve been looking for coconut powder for the longest and I finally found it! So far I’ve been using it as a substitute ingredient, rather than using milk. Currently, the coconut powder has been great in making pumpkin spice biscuits, cinnamon biscuits, and cocoa biscuits. As you can see I’m clearly loving the fall spices right now lol. Oh and banana smoothies/ice cream. Also, I attempted to put the coconut powder in my mushroom coffee that I bought off Amazon from another company. But, the powder didn’t taste as good as I thought it would in my coffee and didn’t dissolve as well as I would like . Which now I probably have a reason to buy a new frother. So that’s great because I always wanted one lol. Also, I thought the coffee was going to be a little sweeter with the coconut powder added in since I don’t put sugar in my coffee and the bag says it contains 2g of sugar. But hey that’s what I get for trying to find away to get more sugar from something that’s technically not suppose to be that sugary. And thankfully my coffee didn’t have an aspartame or stevia taste so that’s good . Me personally Im not a huge fan of those sweeteners.. So in regards to adding the coconut powder to coffee I still enjoyed it. I just think it will vary by tastebuds and to get a mixer or frother. But anyway lol. Overall I can say I really enjoyed this product and thank you again !
