I absolutely love this nail polish! It lasts about a week when you use the clear gel topcoat. The chipping is very minimal, even after washing my hair, doing dishes, and cleaning. I thoroughly tested this by doing what usually makes other nail polishes chip and this held up extremely well! The color is beautiful, goes on smoothly, and NO BUBBLES!!!!! After applying, it took no time at all to dry, even with 2 coats of paint and the topcoat. This is incredible value for the money because it's a high quality product! This polish is easy to apply and even easier to take off, plus it doesn't leave that yellow tinge to your nails. Overall, extremely satisfied and I've already bought more of their colors! Just make sure to get the gel topcoat to seal in the paint.

Beautiful color. I’ve been using this polish for over a year now and it’s been a pleasure. Lasts at least two weeks and if I put another layer of topcoat on it looks great for another week

This nail polish when used with the top coat last longer then reg nail polish when using the 2 steps.

Love the gel coutures but this color is horrible. I had to put multiple coats on and it’s still see through and streaky. It hasn’t chipped which is awesome but I have tried this color 3 times to give it a chance or to try different ways. It just does not work. I love the color and have gotten compliments on it, but that’s it.

Most shades provide full coverage with just a single coat, resulting in a finish that is smooth and free of clumps. Although the Dopamine Rush color didn’t suit my skin tone and was the only one to stain my nails green upon removal, the other gorgeous shades within the Essie Gel Couture line are simply irresistible and all boast impressive longevity. The only reason I gave this color a 4 star, instead of a 5-star, is because it stained my nails green.

I was looking for a nail polish that would last long and was not gel. Every time I do gel it ruins my nails and when I do regular polish they chip within the hour. This nail polish not only dried quickly but lasted a week without chipping! I’d say that’s a win!

I like this polish in other colors but the green is almost completely sheer with a slight green tint and it almost looks fungal. I dont recommend this color

This is great (use at home) gel polish

Really nice colour. Goes on smoothly. But it says no base coat and my nails were green tinged after re.oval. I think a base coat is needed
