Do I still need a moisturizer with this product if I have oilier, acne prone skin?

I use one but it’s not necessary if you have very oily skin.

Should i use active serum, then follow with hydra cool serum, then my retinol cream, then use generix in the morning?

You layer serum, to moisturizers. Lightest to heaviest. After the serum, wait until it penetrates and then add the hydra cool. It is usually not necessary to add another layer unless you have really dry skin!
