The media could not be loaded. When I purchased this product the name was mentioned as MCP. But I have received a BELTONA.I dint return it and decided to give it a shot…..After buying cheap gel pack heating bags which lasts only 2 months I finally found a product for a good price and easy to use. It has 3 heating levels . Personally level one itself gets extremely hot. The only thing I would have preferred is if level 1 wouldn’t heat up so much. I need to constantly turn it off and on to adjust the heat level. Otherwise this is a good buy. Been using it for two months and it’s pretty great!

Don't buy this guysUseless product. It Stopped working within 3 days. Better buy from a medical shop rather here. These products are not even genuine. We had sent it to our uncle since he had back ache but this product stopped working and by the time we got ot back. The window got closed. Poor quality

Easy to use and the product served the purpose

Easy to set up and use gadget. Still need to check auto shut off feature. The intended work is done.

Heat intensity is little low but it will do it intented task
