Great soothing possibilities for sore muscles and even nerve pain!
I use this Arnica to make a pain relieving balm/salve. I find it to be extremely beneficial and works so well with the CBD I add to it. It doesn't take much, either. But I can tell a difference when I use this product vs when I leave it out!
