Wera 05118008001 0.4 x 2.5 x 80 mm 2035 Screwdriver for Slotted Screws - Silver

I was doing some work on PLCs and discovered that this screwdriver was being used in the lab, so I purchased my own. The build quality is great and it's comfortable in the hand; the latter being important when you have a lot of screws to work with. Functionality, it's a screwdriver. Not much can go wrong there, but it was the perfect size for the bridge screws and connectors and I feel confident that the tip won't chip. It's a great addition to your toolbox for any precision work.

2.5mm is the best size for being the "tiniest" flat head you own. 4mm is also a good size for tiny stuff but will still be too big to fit that one screw every so often. I default to Wera because I have them already and they've been great. I enjoy the feeling of them in my hand, which is more important than you would suspect in having a quality tool. No tool is too small to get "the best" of and you will find you have a greater affinity towards the smaller tools that you use regularly if they make you happy to grab them. Crap tools ruin this experience. Life is too short for crap tools.

I purchased the Electronics Precision Screwdriver, 2.5mm Head. It works like its suppose to. The 2.5 mm head fits most of the areas for landing wires in a power panel. Strong enough for its intended purpose and hasnt failed or worn after 100+ uses. I have and only will use this in control panels. Replaced two screwdrivers in my bag with limited high value space.
