Great quality food coloring! I used this food coloring to dye elbow noodles, lentil beans, and rice. My rainbow pasta is used for my classroom sensory bins. The pasta coloring has held up for at least 4 months now. It is still colorful and vibrant. This Amazon brand food coloring provided a great affordable option.

My mistake thinking these were gel dye but they work very nicely. Color is vibrant, you can adjust it but you need several drops more than gel. If your recipe calls for gel color and you need to add several drops, just add a smidge more flour to equal out the ratio of liquid to solid.

Wow, the colors are amazing. I bought this to frost sugar cookies with my daughter and we were both so impressed with the concentration & vibrance of the colors. I have several other brands of food coloring and none of them are this good. This product doesn't have any taste or scent and I am very happy I found it.
