CY SD SDHC SDXC to CF Compact Flash Memory Card Adapter Reader Type I 16/32/64/128GB CF to SD Card Converter

I’d previously avoided the red Extreme type adapters as I found them to be problematic when used with my MPC 1k (which is running JJOS2XL).However, relatively recent posts on the MPC forums from multiple folk said that these cards do work ok, so when my old adapter packed in, I picked one of these up. No probs/freezes so far using it with a 128gb sd card.Time will tell, and if issues do occur, I’ll update this review, but I guess I may have just been unlucky the first time I tried one of these.

I needed a digital camera to take RAW scans of large analogue film negatives. I bought a Sony A100 digital camera and was surprised to find that it required a CF data card. Bought this and inserted a Sandisk micro-SD card in an SD adapter. The camera recognised the storage medium straight away and it has continued to work fine since. It's much easier to be able to use standard (micro-SD and SD) cards because I can plug them straight into my PC rather than transferring via a cable. Good product - would order again.

The casing came loose after the first use. By the 3rd attempt to use it, it has completely fallen apart.

This is a cheaper way to record pictures onto two cards without paying a fortune for a CF card. Recommended

I had the better quality iflash cf and needed a cf to SD adapter to fit it quick. This one arrived within a day but it doesn't work on the 5th gen or with the iflash cf. I may try and use it with the cheap green ones as a cheap option but other than that it's useless

I've tried many of these only for them to prematurely fail because of brass contacts too thin. This one has the thicker contacts. The SD card slides in smoothly which is important as if there is any side to side looseness, it could break one of the contacts. There is no molding flash which is essential for long life.

Da gebrauchte CF karten überteuert und schwer zu bekommen sind habe ich mich für dieser Adapter entschieden, ich wollte eine alte Minolta Digitalkamera benützen. Es hat ohne technische Probleme einwandfrei Funktioniert. Ich habe jedoch eine 512 MB SD karte benutz weil ältere D-Kameras oft Probleme mit Karten Über 2 GB Kapazität haben. Da ich so zufrieden war habe ich eine Zweite Adapter als Backup bestellt. I bought this adapter to reactivate an old Minolta Digitalcamera, used CF cards are often quite expensive and hard to find - this adapter seemed to be a good alternative. It worked well without any technical issues. I used a 512 MB SD card because a lot of old D-Cameras don't work with SD Cards that have more than 2 GB Storage Capacity. It worked so well that I ordered a second adapter as a Backup.

08/08/22 The first one is not working . So, i replaced it and the second one is working fine untill now . It is the best solution for old cameras with compact flash CF support to use Sd card in them.I will let you know any thing goes wrong.
