This hat is fantastic! It looks fabulous on--I was just planning on using it to perform with, but I may wear it just as a regular hat as well. I would say this is a good quality costume hat. At this price, no one should be assuming this is a good quality fashion hat. It's priced well for what it is. If it's too big, just add some adhesive (or use double-sided tape/glue) grey or black foam around the part that goes around your head.
