What a bargain
I bought this as £29.99 was too much of a bargain not to give it a try. I placed my order and a few days later a first class thick envelope arrived. Inside, a leaflet displaying a license code, another envelope, and an invoice from iTek Data Ltd.Without opening anything else, I fired up my browser and connected to the ip address of my P Gen 8 microserver. I logged on, went to Administration -> Licensing and input the code on the leaflet. Success. I now had a iLO 4 Advanced License, meaning I am able to remotely connect to my microserver, even after the BIOS screen and POST. Dead useful, and compared to the $399 hp quotes on their iLO website, the 30 quid is a total steal. Highly recommended.

Ich erwarb die iLO-Lizenz für meinen HP MicroServer Gen8 Xeon E3-1220L v2. Die Aktivierung in der iLO-Oberfläche verlief reibungslos. Entgegen des Produktbildes wurde die Lizenz in einer Kunststoffhülle geliefert.

Quick delivery, license worked like a charm on my HP ProLiant Microserver Gen8. Apparently a re-exported license intended for the Chinese market. Very satisfied with it.
