Optimus F-1672WH Oscillating Stand Fan with Remote Control, 16-Inch, White

I love this Fan my mom and dad got this fan for me (this is my mom's account) it's been almost a year and the fan works great still it is very quiet and very good I love this fan and anyone who loves good and quiet fans will love it to.

Remote on this unit does not work. Kind of the whole reason I picked this one. Cannot find a way to turn off the "rhythmic wind" feature. I just want it to move air, not speed up and slow down on its own. Would not buy again, would not recommend. ***UPDATE - 9/22/2017*** I figured out what the "Mode" button does!... It cycles the "Mode" LED from red, to green, to off. Has no effect whatsoever on the fan's behavior. I hate this fan so very, very much. ***UPDATE - 12/24/2017*** Fan died. Complete waste. I picked up a new similar fan for less here on Amazon. Everything worked right out of the box which was very refreshing after this experience.

It's ok for a fan. The circuitry section plastic is really weak. I tripped onto the fan and it snapped in half with little effort breaking all the internal components. On top of that the max setting was fairly weak. Guess you get what you pay for.

I'm surprised by how much I like this fan. Yes, as stated in other reviews, the remote is cheaply made. Mine works fine. The fan is really quiet. Much more so than any other oscillating fan I've previously owned. What I love most though are the different modes available. For most fans, even the low speed can bee too much for me when I use one in my bedroom. With the mode settings, you can set it to a "natural rhythmic wind" where the speed adjusts up and down automatically. So it basically will start at low speed, then almost completely stop, then go back up to low speed... like a wind blowing naturally instead of being a constant speed. It's perfect for sleeping. I'm sure during the summer I'll use this setting less often, but it's awesome for cooler nights where you just want a little air circulation.

Received with a 3 inch crack behind the blades but the fan blows tons of air at the lowest setting. The cheap remote doesn't bother me, just as long as it stays working and I love the medium loud noise level cause it helps my sleep at night. Great product for the price

The fan itself seems to be well-made, however, the remote control is made so cheaply that it never worked. I had to return the fan due to this one critical feature.

Works well, quiet. Not hard to put together. Great price for remote fan. No issues at all.

The motor is bad..has a humming noise..I have w send it back ASAP..

You could barely call this product a ‘fan’. It is worthless for moving or cooling air. And a remote that needs 2 hands to operate. Complete waste of money.

Fan moves only a small volume of air for its size. If quiet and low volume are what you are seeking, it is fine. For higher volume air movement in a room, it's not strong.

Delivered today but need to return it right away as it has a part removed or separated from its base. See picture, not really sure what it’s called. Bad quality.

I like a noisy fan but this one is fine

Fan sends good air but remote needs to be taped to work and the rotation control makes noice like it’s rubbing.
