I'd like to put this into a home made lotion for my eczema containing shea butter, coconut oil, neem oil and beeswax, how much do i use in that mix?

It is very thin and watery so a little will probably go a long way

Does any one know if the spray bottle can be refilled ?

The small spray bottle that is about the size of tube of chapstick can easily be refilled by the large bottle it comes with. The top screws off easily and I refill it, no problem.
