Are the reviews correct in that you receive only one instead of a pair?

Some seller made this mistake and was shipping single foam roller to customers. We (Wide Variety Store) send out a pair of 8"x4"OD x 23mmID.

I assume these can be cut? I need 9.5 inch length for my excercise machine.
