How do i complain please? First wash lost most of its colour and shrunk lots!

Their customer service is appalling. If you are within 30 days I’d return them and buy different ones. If outside of the 30 days I would still report to seller, but they will likely fob you off and then I suggest calling Amazon. They were more helpful when I did exactly the same. I don’t recommend the seller.
