High in Iron
Pros: I switched to this prenatal from 2 others as this is the highest iron content I could find. My iron levels have since evened out to just below what is normal range. This prenatal has a great list of vitamins and way more then alot (if not most) other prenatal on the market, and at a fraction of the price. I'm happy. Cons: While this prenatal has alot of what is recommended, there isn't a prenatal on the market that has everything. This one is missing omega 3 dha/dpa, and folic acid. I just bought those separately and take them in the evening. Other con, as other reviewers state it definitely turns your pee an electric color, lol. Which I'd view as alarming if I wasn't expecting it. It is quite large, and does have a unique "vitamin-ey" smell. Because of the smell (and maybe the strength) I cannot take this on an empty stomach and definitely probably couldn't have handled it during my first tri. It makes me a bit nauseous if I do that and my burps smell like vitamins. Overall I'm happy though with this as I was struggling super badly with my anemia and iron and this has soooo many of the recommended vits for baby and is sooo much more affordable. I will probably stay on these well into pp.

Affordable and Cruelty Free!
These are the only prenatal pills I have taken so I have nothing to compare them against but I love them. They are cruelty-free, obviously full of nutrients, very affordable, and easy to swallow. I can take them with or without food and do not experience any nausea. I have friends who complain of nausea from their prenatals (other brands) so I was worried about these but I haven't had any issues. They are loaded with B6 which is supposed to help with morning sickness. I am not yet pregnant, still planning/preparing, so I have yet to find out how well it actually helps. I just purchased my second bottle and will take these as long as I need to.

A Vegan Pregnancy Essential
At 6 months + post partum I am still taking these vitamins. Deva is an EXCELLENT and ethical manufacturer. In being a vegan, it is difficult to find "cruelty free" supplements. Deva has been highly rated in the vegan community and I was not let down at all in the quality of these vitamins. EVERY single time I did blood work I had excellent #'s for everything. I never had low or "concerning" iron, protein or any other vitamin or mineral. I do eat a very healthy vegan diet but I believe that supplements and good vitamins go a long way in aiding your body with whatever you may lack. I took these from the first month of pregnancy and will continue with them until I am done breastfeeding. For the price, you cannot beat these for a multivitamin. I would honestly suggest them to non-vegans as they seem to be a much better supplement than most non-vegan pre-natal vitamins. And they don't have any of the "junk" like sugar, colors, or additives that some "store brand" vitamins may contain. I am a Deva user for life!

Solid Vegan Prenatal Option
I've been using the Deva Vegan Prenatal Multivitamin and Mineral Supplement for a few months now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with its performance. The "once-per-day" formula is incredibly convenient, especially during busy days when I might forget to take my vitamins. The fact that it's tailored for vegans is a huge plus for me, as I follow a vegan lifestyle and want to ensure I'm getting all the essential nutrients for a healthy pregnancy. I appreciate the inclusion of vitamins A and C, as these are crucial for immune support and overall well-being. It's reassuring to know that I'm covering these important bases with just one supplement. The pill size is manageable and easy to swallow, which is great news for anyone who struggles with larger pills. I haven't experienced any adverse reactions or discomfort after taking these vitamins, which is always a relief. However, I'm giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because I would have liked to see a broader range of nutrients included in the formula. While the vitamins A and C are appreciated, there are other key prenatal nutrients like iron, calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids that I still need to source from additional supplements. In conclusion, the Deva Vegan Prenatal Multivitamin and Mineral Supplement is a solid choice for vegan moms-to-be. It's convenient, vegan-friendly, and includes important vitamins like A and C. While it doesn't cover all prenatal nutritional needs, it's a step in the right direction for a healthy pregnancy.

They’ll turn your pee bright yellow, but that’s normal with these!
So the first night I took these, I got up to go pee and to my surprise I noticed a highlighter yellow color on the toilet paper. Upon further investigation (just looking in the toilet) my pee was indeed bright yellow. I was taken back because the only other thing I have taken that’s caused my pee to change color was azo, but looking into this further it’s pretty normal to turn your urine bright yellow. It’s imperative to take these with tons of water and a full stomach. I suggest taking them with dinner. I usually take them immediately after eating so they don’t reach my belly before my food does. They are larger pills but not bigger than your standard prenatal vitamin. I’m vegetarian, but I will try to utilize anything that’s vegan if I can help it. I take these in combination of a vegan omega 3 dha supplement because I saw this vitamin didn’t include that and it’s important for brain function/ development and your joints, which is obviously good for babies too! These don’t have a particular taste. I had gotten these non vegan prenatal gummies that cost more and had this RANCID taste, like I had to hold my breath and take with a drink and god help me if I accidentally breathed through my nose. I’d instantly go into a gagging fit, so coming across these is a blessing. I don’t care how big the pill is, anything is better than that horrid taste I was dealing with. Idk how anyone can deal with that. I read that vitamins take some time to start really making a difference and for them to show up in blood work so I’ll continue to take these. I’m probably set for life if we’re being honest. I really do enjoy these and I can’t wait to see my body improve from the inside out. Thank you deva 🖤
