This is a big, basic, easy to work and read timer. The only criticism I have of it is that it is a royal pain to change the button batteries. They fit very, very tightly into their hole, and they really do not want to come out of their little compartment.

I should have read the description more closely. I ordered this late on night, saw the picture with three stop watches, and the “3” in the title and my brain decided it meant this was for 3 stop watches. I see now it says “3 button”. It is a nice stopwatch and we will use it for a lot but I’ll need to order a second one so my kids each have one (timed reading goals for school).

My daughter who just started first grade loves this stopwatch. When she does kumon homework at her after school program, she uses this stop watch. The clock at the after school program is hard to read and she was having hard time remembering to write the start time and stop time. With this stopwatch, I now know how long it took her to finish her homework. What I like best about this stopwatch is that there are only three buttons and each button has one function (start, stop, clear), unlike some other stop watch that has one or two buttons for all (one button having more than one function/purpose).Only thing is that it doesn't turn off, it's always on, so I am not sure how long the battery would last (reason for giving four stars instead of five). One more to note: this stopwatch does not have "lap" function (which I don't need anyway). This is a perfect stopwatch for my daughter.

I use it to time my stretches every day.

I bought this to time my exercises. It had to be easy as I didn't want to deal with tech. It is.

Bought these two stop watches so my elderly parents who have memory issues could each time their workouts with a super simple stopwatch. The timers on exercise machines are getting a little too tricky for Mom, she now thinks 1:00 is 100 minutes and stops too soon. doh! So I plan to cover up the seconds so she only sees minutes. The simple buttons "hit green, hit red" seem better than using the sophisticated digital timers too. The watch seems to work great and I have high hopes, that is if Dad can model and help. Unfortunately both stopwatches came in purple and blue. I could try writing their names on the watches but it's not as good as color coding. There's no way to request specific colors or contact the seller, Learning Resources privately - ok, maybe there is and I just don't know how to do this. I see that the seller sent a watch in a different color when this happened to another customer so I wrote this review in case they still monitor comments. Otherwise, will try writing on them. or if the watches really work well, I might try ordering one more, as a "color lottery"! It's just an experiment, here's hoping.
