Pretty good. I bought to flavor Mixed Berries with Cherry Ice Cream. I bought blueberry to add berry depth flavor. I also bought some Tart Cherry Concentrate liquid because it has health benefits as well as this does. It is expensive for the size but I imagine they use a lot of berries to make this powder.

Makes great homemade Copycat Fun Dip. Look I know sugar isn't good in big amounts, but even us elderly ladies like candy sometimes. But Fun Dip is nothing but Citric Acid, Sugar, and Artificial Color/Flavor. I wanted to figure out how to make it "not so bad". So, I discovered this Organic Juice Powders from MicroIngredients. I bought their Blueberry Extract powder, along with Raspberry Juice Powder, and some Citric Acid. I made a recipe of: 1 cup sugar 1 and 1/2 tsp Blueberry Extract Powder 1 tsp Citric Acid Throw everything into a food processor and process for a minute or two. Homemade Fun Dip, only better! I'll be experimenting with their other fruit powders for smoothies, on ice cream, homemade syrups, and who know what else. Thank you for a great product!

It was a challenge to find a blueberry powder that wasn't sourced from Asia. This one's from Canada and it is delicious and reasonably priced. We love it! Five stars!
