What are the Ingredients in this cream?

: The main ingredient is NOT sulfur and as far as I know it is not in the product at all which is one of the best features. This is a must have if you deal with mites but if it’s a serious infection I would use it to compliment something like a sulfur product as it would sooth the things that sulfur does to your skin as well as the damage would heal faster and the mites would die off sooner. It is imperitive that you clean your environment and look into a permethrin based concentrated poison and USE IT AS DIRECTED. I mean READ THE INSTRUCTIONS or you will do much more harm than good but it can help dramatically with the workload when cleaning. You still must clean your environment though. This means bagging everything you aren’t washing and drying with heat (60 mins at least if you can with extra rinses) and put those bags somewhere for at least a week but more to be thorough and they will die and then if you have cleaned up 
And done these things you will reach a point where freedom returns, however, this can now come back to haunt you much faster than when it first started, so you need to try to clean regularly and launder and don’t let dirty clothes or trash pile up or you will be back where you started within a week. These suckers are always around us, and you have to expose yourself to a big amount to have issues. Sores can contain millions so you can figure why that’s more contagious than the normal 1-10 that all of us have no matter what. It’s the numbers that make it scabies. Depending on how progressed it is for you (severe needs dr prescription assistance or you are in for a long and hard job). Either way do no be overwhelmed, tackle one thing at a time but keep moving forward. It is more of an extended ordeal than a one day you do a bunch of work and it’s over deal. You will see progress if you work what you can every day, get rest and When you start change the bed sheets every day. Don’t carry clothes in your arms to the laundry, use a bag or something so you don’t get more on you and the place you are staying.

does it work on poultry mites on humans?

I believe I got my mites from my free range chickens. Yes, the mite cream worked and the mites have not returned. This cream is amazing and I recommend it highly!

Is it hot on the skin ?

I do not find it hot but my skin is already inflamed so it feels like relief to me...

Is it really necessary to apply every hour...all over your body? For how long? It doesn't seem possible to be able to do that.

No.  In fact, applying it all over your body at once will only bring you pain since the mites bite as they start burrowing back out of your skin.  I have tackled the worst areas first and branched out more every day.  It takes awhile to get rid of all the mites but don't get discouraged.  For me, I'm estimating about two months total.  Take your probiotics too.  Reapply only "as needed".  You'll know when you need to put more on.  Rub it in and you will feel it start to work.  I'm on my second jar and will probably buy one more.  It's expensive but if you've tried everything else including doctors, it's worth every penny.
