Q: May i know the distance between two screws and screw dimensions? i am looking for replacement of the broken one i have in the toilet. thanks.

Strangely enough all switches have same screw distance between them. So replacing is easy.

Q: Light stays on when off

Wired up wrong way. Shower is on supply side of switch and supply is on load side of switch, hence light is being fed by constant supply regardless of switch position. Hope that helps.

it is wired wrong if light on all the time, the load and supply are fitted the wrong way round for the light to stay on

Q: Photos show to different versions, is this the square prong version or circular? (I.e. the part that sticks out)

The one I received was square not that the shape actually effects anything. It’s well made and works well
