Will this work for a VW Jetta?

As long as the vehicle has a 12 volt battery the horn ring operates a horn relay, this product should work just fine. You may need to improvise a mounting location, but some hardware brackets or the originals being modified to hold these should be simple.

How many amps is each horn?

Will this work on a 50 cc gas scooter

As long as the scooter has 12V & a place to mount them, then yes they will work. If your scooter has a magneto (like a lawn-mower engine) to provide the spark, then I doubt it very much. Also, some scooters may operate on a 6V battery; I did not test these using 6V, but I doubt they would work very well (if at all) on 6V.

Why does my 15a fuse keep blowing? if they are 12a together then i should be ok, but i’m not. please help

It maybe be because you have one of the horns jumped to ground. Wire one up to a external ground and install the power wire to the other terminal. If this works, link the other one to the same ground and jump the power wire to it. That will make it one ground and one power wire from your horn button.
