Nice
I didn't get what I ordered - the watch face is black. It looks nice though. I weigh about 270 and the adjustment on this band is only 1/8" in the clasp. There are no other links included. I contacted the Seiko website's authorized distributor/repair center in NJ. It will cost $9 for a link and another $9 for shipping and handling. The list on this watch is $250, so I guess it's not so bad. It's disappointing that I won't be able to wear this on my birthday, which is why I purchased it a week early. I like a watch that has weight to it. it's thick (but not clunky). I like it enough to keep it, since I have no guarantee that I will get what I ordered if I return it. It's a shame I can't contact the seller to try and work something out.***UPDATE 8/22/17 I was driving and the sun was shining on my watch face and I realized... It was a very dark navy blue! It's pretty cool, because depending on the lighting, you either have a black watch face or a navy blue one. More great news... if you need a link, they'll send you two for free! When I called the customer service center, they gave me an email address to request them to be shipped to me. I'm much happier with my birthday present. The best thing of all of course, is - it's a Seiko!

Love Hate relationship
I purchased this watch from Amazon after much review. I even saw the negative ones which indicated short life failure. Mine failed in less than 6 months. Amazon will not replace or refund since it lasted longer than 30 days. Seiko has been closed for repairs due to the COVID 19 situation. I will contact them again after May 23, when their message indicates they will reopen. Loved the watch , good looks and weight. Heavy band a bit to large for my arm but I did not take a link out so it flopped around a bit. Would have worn it for years if it had lasted. I expected 5-10 years based on other Seiko watches I have owned.Very disappointed.UPDATE: It is now June 1st tomorrow, I'll try to contact Seiko again so see if they will stand behind the watch. I hope so, I really like the watch. More Later.

Doesn't look like the picture...
I received the watch, and the first thing my husband said "this is not a blue face, it's BLACK.. so I called Amazon and they sent another one.. It is black too... if you get it very bright light, you can see a little blue... BUT the picture here on the website shows a very pretty blue ... The watch is really nice, my husband wanted it to look blue..

Lasted one year
I bought this watch on January 2017. I looks good, kinda big but good. Just when the one year warranty was about to expire, I notice I had water condensation inside the watch and also the date was not being synchronized.I sent the watch for repairing through Amazon, but ended up not in Seiko but a jewelry store (approved/certified by Seiko?). They fixed it and sent it back to me. When I asked them what was the problem, they did not know since they sent the watch somewhere else for repairing. Two months after this repair there's again water inside, and I have never been using it in other place but the shower or the sink.Really disappointing.

sweaty arms stay away!
the watch looks nice as expected. it's a little bigger than the 42mm apple watch if i have to compare. the links on the band is not as well made as other seikos i have where the links squeaks when your arm is moving. however the surface of the band is well finished. not rough edges.the only thing i really dislike about this watch is the back of it, just a very coarse finish which still smells like stainless steel and even with a little bit of sweat, that stainless steel smell gets stronger, which is something i haven't encountered with a watch since the 80s when i was a kid with a cheap watch.
