Live in an upstairs apt and it is cumbersome to to get downstairs but that is my only problem which is not related to the caddy.

A Must Have
Love it! A must have if you own an SUV. Keeps your ride clean. One con is you need a rather large wrench to remove it from the vehicle. It's a bar that shims itself against the hitch on your vehicle that has a bolt in it. The bar is a must to prevent vibration and keep your cart sturdy. Get ya one you won't regret it.

It works.
This wouldn’t work for a wrangler with a spare. Had to modify a little with removing a luggage basket and inserting the caddie to the hitch assembly.

Does not fit all Fish N Mate carts.
I just received my Fish N Mate because of the cancelled delivery of the first one I ordered only to find out the cart caddy does not fit My Fish-N-Mate Sr cart. Now I have passed the return date and I'm stuck with a useless caddy $160 bucks wasted.. The caddy description states that it will fit all Fish N Mate carts. I can contest NOT TRUE
