The product is quite good and good point is that it does not heat up that high that you cannot keep it continuously. The earlier product that I was using had this problem preventing me to use it whole night while sleeping. As the heating is just sufficient, I feel that I can keep it using whole night though I am yet to try it..It also looks sturdy and I hope this will last long..

Exactly it worked one month, now it is not working, it is under 06 months waranty,who will give warrant i already returned supplier through courier, no response

This is a product that everyone should keep handy at home. It heats up quickly and provides instant relief for body aches and pains. Be sure to keep a towel or cloth on top as it can become quite hot, in fact I switch it off and the heat remains for some time. Obviously not a permanent cure for pain but certainly very effective for instant relief. Highly recommended.

The quality is not up to the mark. Has issues heating up times and after 8 months, it not only stopped working, but smoke came out of the wire. Kinda scared me

I purchased it on 22 Nov 23. It worked fine. Look-wise it's great but it stopped working after a month. After switching ON, the LED light turns on and switching the levels (1,2 or 3) and even after keeping it ON for long time the belt doesn't heat up a bit. It has completely stopped working. Since it is under warranty period, kindly claim my warranty as per the Indian laws and return or replace the item soon on time. Thank you

Value for money, it seems to have auto cutoff if it gets too hot. And plugs and control switches are of good quality. Great for winters and warm compressions. Looks like it will last long time.

After 7days use product ok.1st step heat is sufficient for my back pain. Switch is not hard.But holding belt is too short. Should be increased by 2" atleast for my belly

I liked this product. Can be used fr shoulder ache, back ache, foot ache.The pad is thin and rolleable so it's easy to use and multipurpose.Value for money
