This is actually a very solid unit and the main frame is made from solid wood. You couldn't build something that looks like this for the cost. There is an issue though with its stability because it has such a high center of gravity. The maker resolves this by wanting you to attach a board across the lower legs once it has been placed over the toilet (a major pain and hassle esp if you want to move it) and second, by attach the upper cross beam to the wall (not really a pain, but requires drilling into the wall!) The solution I found to resolve this is by putting adhesive felt strips on the bottom on the feet of the unit and then making sure the felt is thicker on the front two legs than the back. This will cause the unit to want to lean back. Then, when you push it up against the wall, it will be solidly in place. However, you will need to attach two tiny rubber bumpers where it contacts the wall, so there is no damage to the wall where it makes contact. Once the unit is leaning back and solidly in contact with the wall, it is quite stable and won't move. And if you do this, you don't have to attach the lower cross beam or bolt the unit to the wall. I have ordered two of these and I'm ordering a third. And once the unit is stable, it looks fantastic.

I just moved to a new apartment while I save for my new home at the end of this year so was looking for an affordable cute bathroom stand. I read reviews and was a little scared since alot of them were bad but glad I made this purchase. Looks awesome and for the price a great deal. I know reviews said it was hard to put together but it wasn't lol I did it all on my own it is just as easy as ikea furniture

Overall 4/5, paint/coating was chipped along all of the edges of the shelves fresh out of the box. Not a big deal but something to look out for. Got it on sale and really needed it so I chose not to return it. Assembly was easy & I love how it looks in my bathroom.

It was easy to assemble but is definitely much easier with two people. So I recommend making sure you have someone with you. There are 3 screws that help to secure it to the wall. We only used to two screws at the top and it’s really sturdy. It fit perfectly over our toilet even with the lid up.I am very pleased with this purchase! It looks nice, clean, and is good quality.

Wasn’t hard to put together but the pieces aren’t labeled and in the instructions they are. Took about 45min to put together by myself. Seems like it works, can’t complain.

Takes a while to assemble. Very nice looking but the lid on our comfort height toilet hit the bottom shelf.

Took 30 min's to put together, very poor directions. I had to look at the actual picture to put together

none of the pieces were marked with the appropriate letters so i had to rely on the photo and figure it out, which added to the total time. once i did put it together and placed it in the spot behind the toilet, the bottom shelf was too low and the toilet seat cover would bang the back of it. I do not have an elevated height toilet or elongated bowl (keep in mind if you do i WILL NOT FIT). my husband used the wall mount kit that came with it to try and jack it up a bit , which worked and made the shelf more sturdy. It was extremely wobbly before. I have used these things in my previous home and did not have an issue with the prior ones, i purchased this because it had the black metal trim. Now that it is secured to the wall and raised (we had to raise it about half an inch), it is ok. Also, to not that when my husband started securing it to the wall, the top piece started to split. and as you know the more you turn the screwdriver, the more it splits. he went slowly and got it as far as he could (about 85%). he used would filler and a black sharpie to cover the split area. it is ok but overrall this thing is cheaply made.

Not worth the price!!!!! I bought it for $58 on warehouse deals, I would have been even more upset if I had paid the $87 that they usually ask. This is equal to the quality of an item that you would find at Jysk for $25, if that. The handyman of the house built it using the little tool that came with it and even using the outmost of care the “wood” split. The measurement that they show you from the floor to the shelf above the toilet also doesn’t take under consideration that there is a part of the shelf that hangs down by 2-3”! Save yourself the disappointment and money and go to your local Jysk!

Item arrived today with no hardware to actually put it together, called Amazon who refused to do anything but let me return it, super annoying as I want the shelf, and that’s why I ordered it, strongly don’t recommend ordering as they clearly have no quality control.Called both Amazon and manufacture, both refused to send the hardware or a new shelf, Amazon tells me to call manufacture, manufacture tells me to call Amazon. would 110% not buy this as if somethings wrong no one will help you.

I would send this back but it took so long to assemble, I feel like I have to keep it. The pieces do not match up and the pilot holes didn't properly fit the screws. The hardware for wall mounting is completely useless, the washers are too big and fall off the screws, and the screws are too small for the mounting plate and slip out of it! It's almost funny, except that it took my boyfriend and I two hours to figure it out.Ultimately, it doesn't look bad - there are some pieces that don't line up properly so the shelves aren't completely straight but with items on the shelves and the way my bathroom is set up, you can't really tell. It is stable enough to hold some towels and light toiletries. But if I had to do it over again, I would not buy this.

I thought I was doing good ousting this together until I hit the base....omg...I was so frustrated I had to walk away from it.Previous reviews are right and I wish I would have listened. The screw lines do not line up, the instructions are horrid and you basically have to eyeball setting it up and while you're fighting with it, the paint WILL scratch and the wood WILL crack.Shame really because it is nice to look at BUT being it's all wood and flimsy....one steamy shower and count on warping.

It’s nice to look at but pretty cheap. Not sturdy at all. As per previous reviews, instructions are not clear. I had to put the base together, slide it behind the toilet, then attach the top piece while sitting on the toilet backwards. Oh well it’s up and I don’t feel like taking it apart just to return it. Don’t waste your money, this will definitely not last very long
