It works - follow the instructions
Good product, some customers have stated it does not stick to the roof. When it arrives keep it next to a radiator so the glue is at room temperature. When applying use a heat gun to warm up the glue, press onto the roof with a roller and apply heat at the same time. I used a primer so the flashing tape had a good key.

Needs a smoother surface to stick properly.
At first I was happy as all seemed good. I installed using a mini roller, and my hands to nicely force compress the roll on the wall. A week later I noticed loads of water leaking inside. I climbed on the roof to find the whole lot had peeled off the wall and gone brittle. I used some EDPM mastic and stuck it all on to which it appears to be now doing its job.
