Are all the months Van Gogh?

The months of the 2022 & 2023 Wall Calendars were all Van Gogh prints. Haven't bought the 2024 one yet, but I'm sure they'll all be Van Gogh too.

What is distance of hang Hole from top edge?

Hole is .25". or 1/4" from the edge.

Does the calendar indicate the name of the artist and title of each painting?

It does not but if you’re familiar with Vincent van Gogh’s work most should be easy to recognize. The entire calendar is of his work. Each large reproduction is printed on good paper so the colors are vivid and brushstrokes easy to see. Each page has a thin ultra-marine blue border and is free of text. One could easily see framing them so the absence of text is of benefit.

Does this come in a notebook form also?

I don’t know if it does. The calendar is gorgeous and is a typical wall calendar.
