The reviews saying they did not stick were troubling to me when I was looking at them. So I'm taking a few minutes to say that mine - attached to monitors and a computer - have been sticking for a couple of months. They are located in a garage with a fluctuating temperature between the 50's and 80's so far.

New laptop does not have a security lock

These are very well made and they look great but the issue is I clean the surface stuck it to the surface which was metal cart I came back a week later to unlock the item and the cable and lock were on the ground it completely fell off the metal. I had to end up buying separate high adhesion tape to make it stick also for clarity this was indoors this was not a situation where weather played a part.

Pops off after installation with just the slightest pressure from finger nail. Very disappointed

Works like a lock when, you buy a cable and need one!
