They sure are. I've got some that I've reused 3 or 4 times. You'll need a small flathead screwdriver to pry up the locking tabs. Just be a little gentle with them and they will do well. They come with zip ties for the rear bellmouth area, but I use a wrap of vulcanizing tape round the whole back end. It only sticks to itself and cuts off easily. My only drawback to this kind of connector is that the rear bellmouth opening is too small to accept the big shielded CAT6 cable, but that's a pretty small complaint.

Creck when you mean "zip ties", are you talking about the plastic piece on the side that is used to hold the jack attached to the wallplate?

No, it is too-less rj45 metal keystone jack, you just need a cutter to cut the cable jack and cut off cable edge.
