Used on black watercolor paper from France. Excellent results.

shiny and pretty
These are very nice watercolors, very shiny and metallic looking, while still retaining some color. To get opaque color, I needed ~2-3 thin coats, but the paints are so lovely that they are a pleasure to layer.
