These cannisters are exactly what I wanted, namely that they're true cannister sizes, and not just for leftovers However, the smaller ones could definitely hold a large amount of food, and I'm sure I'll use them as leftover storage at some point. They are really well made, and are thick, high quality, clear, and entirely leak-proof. The lids fit perfectly, and they snap very tightly. The rubber rings are snug, but are able to be removed easily enough, so as to be able to be properly cleaned. In my humid climate, I just got tired of moldy flour, or of bugs getting into my food. With these containers, bugs, and humidity don't stand a chance. They are very sturdy, and I expect them to last for years. I love that they are rounded edge rectangles, so they really optimize shelf space. I was pleasantly surprised what a good value they are for the relatively minimal price. I'll probably order more for my kids later. This is a definite Two-Thimbs-Up purchase for me. I'm very satisfied.

This set is exactly what I was looking for; clear, different sizes and air-tight to store cereal, dried beans, snacks, sugar, reusable self-loaded K-cups, etc.Each lid has eight tabs (two on each side) that interlock on the container, making a tight seal. The reason for 4 "Durability" stars instead of 5 is that one of the tabs was broken on one of the lids. Not sure if that happened during packing or shipping.I contacted the seller to ask about options and they replied within 24 hours. The explanation (which seems plausible to me) was that the containers are packaged as sets from the manufacturer and the lids are not available separately.They offered to refund a reasonable portion of the purchase price, and I accepted.Overall I'm pleased and, if needing more air-tight containers in the future, I'd repurchase from the same seller.

These arrived with a cute set of labels and "chalk pen" plus 2 of the tall, 2 medium, and 6 smaller containers. I needed something to get rid of packaging in my cabinets. I had thought they'd take up more room from the size but surprisingly it helped consolidate and save space since they can stack and I was able to throw away the bags/boxes from cereal, pasta, flour etc. I have several boxes of long pasta just standing in one of the tall canisters which helps keep it from falling all over the place too. The Amazon Package was smashed and the outer tape was broken open, but inside package was OK and the seller's tamper seal was unbroken so that was a relief. I haven't tested the lids with liquid but for flour and dry goods it seals perfectly to eliminate mess and keep any grain critters out.

These containers are great. I had the largest size full of oats (that's 2 full sized boxes and some extra from a used box) so it had a fair amount of weight to it. It slipped out of my hands, fell close to 4 feet onto a vinyl tiled floor, on a bottom corner, and when I picked it up I couldn't even see where it had hit. Wonderful sturdy airtight containers with lids that clamp on and stay on. I docked one star because the people who boxed it didn't make sure it had all the lids, and I was missing one. I use that one for storing other things, but it would have been better to have received everything. Other than that, best containers I've ever used.

This plastic containers are great! I researched extensively and chose these. They stay air tight, and I love the fact that they come with labels. Most stuff you can tell by looking, but stuff like tapioca flour and unbleached flour look a lot alike. I had a slight problem with one lid, and the company stood behind their products.Why plastic? 1) They are lighter and less weight on my shelves, and 2) if you have metal measuring cups and tap them against the rim of glass containers, you can chip off glass into sugar or salt (which I've done).

These containers are exactly what I needed! Clear, snap-tight, straight-sided, symmetrical food storage for all my flours, sugars, beans, rices, etc. They came with four or five cup-sized scoops, and chalkboard labels with a white chalk pen. The largest container holds 10 pounds of flour. I am definitely ordering another set for the rest of my pantry staples and food-related fiddlybits, such as candy molds and cookie cutters. I’m considering ordering a smaller set for hygiene items and first aid things. Definitely recommend!

I bake professionally for my business out of my home and had put off buying something like this for two years. I regret it now because these are awesome! It saves me space, time, and spilled ingredients. They lock extremely well. The measuring cups are great for scoops if you weigh your ingredients like me. I expected those to be useless but I love them as well! The cups and bottoms of containers both survived the dishwasher. And the labels and marker are both useful and cute. I would highly recommend!

I love that these are not flimsy plastic containers. The lids were bit difficult to snap on for the first time, but they do seal very tightly. The largest one fits 10 lbs of rice or a family size box of. cereal. The medium size one holds a 5lb bag of sugar, 2lb bag of powered sugar, large box of goldfish. I wish there were only 4 of the smaller size and then 2 even smaller containers. The labels are a nice touch and easily wash off if you make a mistake or change the contents.
