Good quality, almost all metal
I have been using this for about 2 months now and love it. It's almost all stainless steel (including the filter) which I like and it definitely keeps my tea hot for hours. I forgot and left hot tea overnight and found it was still hot in the morning! Good quality.

The concept is good, but the execution is terrible
Purchased this to make loose leaf tea on the go. The concept is good, but the execution is terrible. There filter has tabs that allow it to fimly snap into place within the mouth of the cup. Unfortunately these tabs also have holes that are too large for tea leaves and loose tea leaves go right through them. This cup is basically useless for me and will be going in the trash.Do not buy this cup if you intend to use it for loose leaf tea.

Nice design and well insulated
Nice design and well insulated.I love this mug the design is very stylish and modern. I’ve gotten multiple comments from my coworkers the design looks so good. The cup keeps beverage hot for hours, after 3 hours in my car the coffee was still a warm temperature. The travel mug is also is very sturdy and durable feels very strong due to it being stainless steel.

THIS REALLY ISN'T A TRAVEL MUG
I find the advertising a bit deceptive. Pros: It is cute and it does hold the heat in well. Cons: It is advertised as a travel mug/thermos, but it is really more a thermos. There is no opening in the lid to allow hot coffee to safely enter one's mouth while driving- so hitting a bump could cause a bit of a HOT splash. In the design they went for skinny and tall over shorter and rounder so it does not fit my coffee pot special travel mug platform (I did not find this thermos' dimensions listed in the ad). A photo of the lid would have helped. And lastly the answer the company gave to the 2nd Question (I think) asked on the Q&A page was a bit disingenuous. The question was (I paraphrase): Can you drink out of the top of it? You can view the answer on the Q&A page, but basically the company did not explain what I just explained. It is a cute thermos, but I was looking for a real travel mug with a top made for drinking.

Its good not great
I like it but very squeaky when taking cover on and off. keeps drinks semi cold but nothing like a Yeti or other products similar.
