Great product. Pills are small and easy to swallow since they are capsules with no after taste what so ever! Since finding out about the benefits of apple cider vinegar pills, I have tried 3 different brands now. First brand worked great for me and had cayenne pepper in it. The second brand I tried did not have cayenne pepper in it and I noticed it did not seem to suppress my appetite as much as the last brand I tried although it still worked fairly well. I have already been using SR turmeric C3 complex for a few months now with fantastic results so thought I would try their apple cider vinegar pills as well. And I'm glad I did! :) They work great for me and are priced very well. I take 2 pills with my lunch, 2 pills with dinner and honestly, I am not that hungry the entire day. I actually have to force myself to eat because I know its not good to eat only one time a day. Even with me working out (walk 4-8 miles a day and 4-5 times a week 45-60 minutes on the heavy/punching bag), I am still not as hungry as I would have thought I should be after a workout. I know results will very from person to person but for me, these work great and I will continue to purchase SR apple cider vinegar pills from now on. Actually, I just ordered 2 more bottles! :) I also wanted to mention that my mom has started taking them whom has had an issue with acid reflux for years and she has told me these help her tremendously and she rarely has problems with it anymore. It also should be mentioned that my mom told me that the other brand of apple cider vinegar pills without the cayenne pepper in them did not seem to suppress her appetite as well as these by SR with cayenne pepper either. I'm not sure if the other brand without cayenne pepper was not the best quality product or if the lack of cayenne pepper had anything to do with it but both my mom and I both experienced the same results with the ones that lacked the cayenne pepper. Worked fairly well for appetite suppression (but not as good as SR apple cider vinegar) but still worked great for my mom with her acid reflux. With all that being said, I feel like SR apple cider vinegar pills with cayenne pepper are a very good, high quality product and will from now on be the only brand I buy. They work great for both my mom and I when it comes to suppression of appetite and with my moms acid reflux. Fantastic high quality product and I would highly recommend trying them!

I've been taking these for a few weeks and so far they seem fine you never really know unless you're getting blood work done or something like that to see what exactly supplements are doing in your body but I do know that apple cider vinegar is really good for you and sometimes you don't want to take a shot of it so taking a pill is much easier. I like that these have kayan in them kayan is so good for you health with inflammation and all that kind of stuff and so it's good to know that I'm putting that healthy stuff in my body not sure exactly how it's helping it but it's good to have it in my body. It does have a vinegar smell when you open the bottle but if it did not have a vinegar smell I would be worried about that since they are vinegar pills you're expecting to have the smell but there's no bad after taste or anything like that. I have bought other products from sports research and they seem like quality supplements I haven't had any issues so far I will continue to be buying. I don't have any gluten issues but these are gluten-free and non-gmo so that's always a plus that's well.

Overall, I am pleased with this supplement. I think it has contributed to the weight loss I have been experiencing (I have taken this supplement in junction with a few other natural supplements for the last few months). I take this supplement twice a day (AM & PM) 3 times a week. The ingredients are very potent and strong. The smell of the product is overwhelming and I would say it is a little challenging to get past the smell and taste. Also, about 25% of the time I take this supplement, I get really bad stomach aches. I always take it with food but I've noticed that if I take it with a small snack, the stomach pains are intense. You must take this with a MEAL, not just a small snack.

I noticed a difference as soon as I started taking these. I have more energy, I feel better and I still take 500mg of metformin a day, but I added one of these at the same time and my blood sugar has been amazing for me. I watch what I eat, but I was still getting spikes and taking this with my metformin I haven’t had that all this whole week. My BS was 117 this morning at 9 when I got up and for the last 6 months the lowest it’s been was in the 130’s. I will definitely continue to keep buying this. As far as weight loss I am not sure yet because it’s only been a week, but hopefully it does help that too. I lost about 30lbs when I got diagnosed a year and half ago and have been at a plateau ever since. They are easy to swallow and reminds you of eating a salt and vinegar chip just for a minute until you get it down.
