Embryolisse Filaderme Emulsion, 2.54 Fl Oz

I was given a sample of the Charlotte Tilbury magic cream and fell in love with it - until I saw the price - are they kidding? seriously? I immediately went on the hunt for comparable dupes since I refuse to pay a car payment for moisturizer - not matter how wonderful. Every opinion I read stated the embryolisse was not only comparable but a fraction of the cost. I thought I would give it a go - here are my thoughts:1. The formulation was creamy and applied smoothly without dragging or pulling on the skin.2. It did not have an overly chemical or floral smell - It smelled clean3. It leaves the skin feeling very soft and hydrated. I have very sensitive skin and this product did not cause any irritation or breakouts. I have noticed a considerable difference in the appearance of my skin. It is soft and radiant - it does not look dry or patchy as before.4. You do receive quite a lot of product in each container so for the price it is a really great bang for your buck and I did not have to sell my first born to pay for it!This product comes highly recommended for anyone struggling with dry/under hydrated skin. I found that it was not only comparable to the high-end product mentioned above, it actually contains many of the same ingredients. The consistency was the same, the scent very similar, and honestly I felt that this product gave my skin a more hydrated feeling.

I suffer from terribly dry and cracking skin on my face. Have tried many, many different products from cheap to extremely pricey. Nothing has worked like this! It is GREAT!! Healed my cracked dry skin. It’s non irritating has no smell goes on great. Only takes a couple of minutes to absorb completely. For $28 and the amount you get it’s not cheap, but DEFINITELY worth it for what it does. Give it a try the only thing you have to lose is dry skin. I will definitely continue to use, so glad I came across this.

For years I have researched and tried so many dry skin moisturizers that I could probably have taken that money and developed my own custom brand. Unfortunately, I had found some really great moisturizers, but I'm not able to continually fund expensive versions that run around $200.Thankfully, I have finally found a reasonably priced moisturizer that my skin loves, absorbs quickly, and that I can wear under foundation. I already have the Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre 24-Hour Miracle Cream, but it doesn't work under foundation for me, so I use it at night.Amazon recently made me aware of this other version, so I ordered it straight away. I just tried for the first time this morning, but I can already tell it will work well for me. I'm truly excited...and relieved.

Very thick and creamy. I didn't like the stickiness, but it works.

I had really dry flakey skin due to my acne topical creams and gels (retinoids) and needed an immediate fix! I remembered my dermatologist recommended me to use this when my skin was very irritated because of the medicines. Which hasn’t happened in at least 5 years! But I was so happy to find that this cream still works wonders! And cleared up my face in a week!The first couple times it will sting a little bit depending on how irritated and sensitive your skin is but that’s completely normal!The slightest minimal scent!And works perfect under makeup!!! No piling!

This face cream is luxuriously rich and moisturizing, yet completely non-greasy - leave it to the French to produce a wonderful product (without the toxins and chemicals found in most cosmetics) at a very affordable price. I absolutely love it and can't recommend this product enough!

After a minor obsession with Pixiwoo, I tried the Embryolisse lait creme concentre, which I loved. However, I have very dry skin so I thought I'd give this thicker formula a shot. Although it kept my face moist for a longer period of time, it also made me break out. I am still recovering! Might be great for people who are not acne prone, but not for me.

I only need a pea size amount of this product and it's not too greasy or drying. This proves you don't have to spend a lot to get a good product.

I bought this skin creme mainly because of a good review on The Skin Care Edit which promotes it and that fact that is relies on shea butter. The lighter version that I use as a daytime moisturizer and I add 2 to 3 drops of Consonant's Hydrextreme serum. The other version of this creme I use at night without the above drops. It is a thicker moisturizer and the first ingredient is shea butter. Both impress me as being excellent moisturizers without being oily. You need to leave it on the skin for a moment or two and it will sink in and not be oily. In fact, I put a sunscreen on top during the day without any problems although using a translucent loose setting powder such as Laura Mercier with a large fluffy brush will take down the shine for the entire day.

I use this before applying makeup in cold weather but if it's humid it gets very watery.
