A pure product, works as expected

Arrived with no clear labelling and reacted unlike it should. Very concerning!
I am a little concerned as this product reacted like caustic soda. It arrived with NO label which I feel is highly dangerous. I was using it to make a dishwasher detergent and had a wet had and had to quickly wash my hand as it was burning. I am considering discarding the batch it should not heat up when in contact with water.

Avoid
Item arrived in a jar with no label. When used as a washing detergent it has started having a chemical reaction and burning. It has ruined my clothes!! Avoid at all costs. This is DANGEROUS
