Great, really informative
I really loved this book. The author has loads of knowledge and insight into the world of colonics. Highlights all the benefits also discusses some of the things to consider before making your decision . I've been having colonics now for 2 years and can't rate them enough, they've transformed my body and mind, but still wanted to get the book to find out a little more. Highly recommended.

Another Colon Teaser
The book shares lots of information about a subject that can easily accomplished with a colema board. Such guides are misleading because they offer the reader no solutions to health, but rather ways to spend more money and thus, create more stress.

Book is a sales approach for existing colonic facility
This book has some information but it is written in a way as a sales approach for all the place that do colonic in your state half the book is name and address where you can get a colonic procedure done.

Not a complete guide
The book is only 82 pages long in double space and sometimes irrelevant pictures. Page 83-184 (over 100 pages) is a directory for colonic hydrotherapists. It's extremely misleading.
