Poor design and poor quality
It’s absolutely ridiculous. The ruler starts from the other end, not from the angle. Where would you expect it to be. It would be just a minor inconvenience, I can count the other way but it’s not starting from the tip off the angle either so it starts at like 30,3 cm and ends with 0. And just to remind you, this is a precision tool!
