This belt is very comfortable and perfect in size, it helps me alot to sit comfortably, and feeling energetic with this belt.

I ordered a size smaller for my target waist size And it was nice and snug and super comfy. Rn im about a 36 in waist size and im trying to slim down to 34. Kept my core nice and warm and when I started to sweat it didn't get slippery and move around. Very helpful for maintaining my posture. I work eight hour days on my feet and the extra support definitely helps reduce my rate of fatigue. Bonus i also look thinner while wearing it and I could definitely feel the ladies eyes on me today.
