I purchased the My Brest Friend nursing pillow when I had my first child, and it was an absolute lifesaver during breastfeeding. I was really struggling to breastfeed and get a good latch. We were originally using regular pillows and a boppy pillow. Once I got this pillow he was able to latch so much easier and quicker! It keeps baby stable and secure on a firm surface and I love how it clips around me and stays in place. There’s an adjustable strap and it’s super size inclusive. The back support is a lifesaver. I love this pillow so much we sometimes just hang out in it and he lays on my chest with some extra support. It’s also so soft. Well worth the price!

I find this breast feeding pillow extremely convenient in places where you may not have an arm rest or less support. I like how the baby can lay flat on the surface and you adjust them to face your belly like they're supposed to. I've even found it convenient to stand up while holding onto the front side with the baby still latched to grab something real quick! Overall, happy with the quality.

I wish I had this from day 1 in the hospital!!!Before I go into my experience, let me just tell you why. It might look really rigid and gimmicky, but once you use this pillow you realize how much thought was put into this design. The cushion is firm so that you can position your baby easily without him accidentally shifting or slipping into gaps, or even falling off. The lumbar support really does help with comfort. And the belt makes it super convenient so YOU can also move around without ruining baby’s latch and positioning. Also inside the cover there’s a plastic cover so you don’t have to worry about cleaning the cushion.I’m a first time mom who was blindsided by how difficult breastfeeding is. You think you know before giving birth, but you really don’t!!I put off getting this because I’m frugal, only getting the essentials. So I thought I could make do with just reusing my pregnancy pillow and bed pillows while nursing. It was a struggle because the pillows would slowly shift around and baby’s little body would start slipping into gaps. And fixing it alone was even harder, with a baby in your arms and all.Finally I decided to go with this one because my lactation consultant was using the original My Brest Friend in her office. I realized it was very comfy and super helpful in positioning. Breastfeeding is hard enough, just get this. It’s such a game-changer. If not this one then get the original, it’s just as good, I only got the deluxe because it’s slightly bigger. I don’t know everyone’s situation, but personally this is my most important breastfeeding item. I thought it would almost set me back but it’s been worth every penny.Btw I’m 5’ 5” and around 280 lbs. Idk my waist measurements but I am bottom heavy and I use this with the belt almost as tight as possible. Yeah I like it pretty snug. Works just fine.

Good quality and very helpful, especially with a newborn. It’s really only helpful for a cross cradle position, which is getting harder to use on this as my son gets bigger. Main issue I have with this is the back support wedge never sits in the middle of my back. They designed this with the proportions of a very thin person using this. Even a thin person post partum will be thicker in the mid section, making this a challenge. I’m normally a pretty average size 10 and even 3 months pp struggle with the back support on this. I work around it by Velcroing it anyway and then shoving pillows around me to compensate. But for the price and all the rave reviews this thing gets it really should be a moveable back support wedge on the belt so it accommodates post partum bodies and honestly anyone bigger than a size 2.

It is the best tool I’ve found to resume my breastfeeding journey. It safely holds my newborn so that I am almost hands free and can focus on better posture, better latching, etc. The cover is also super soft and the back pillow is great for comfort. It has given me the confidence I needed to successfully breastfeed my baby, as I was having issues with holding her properly.

The light gray color makes for a neutral fit to your nursery theme or decor. Love the pocket for easy access of nursing items etc. Really aided in helping me be able to nurse my infant so much more comfortably. The outer cover unzips and comes off for cleaning. Washer safe. I hung dried though. Highly recommend! Well worth the money. You will not be disappointed. I’ve had three children and I wish this pillow was around when my older two were younger. Game changer!

We originally bought a boppy and had an awful time with it sliding out, to the point we gave up and used a regular pillow instead. When I finally purchased this, about 2 months after my baby was born, it changed everything. Being able to clip it around your waist is SO useful. It also prevents the pillow from shifting around, making it much safer and more supportive when nursing your baby. I also love the front pocket to put my phone in. The size is very adjustable. It works for both me, at 5’2, and my 6’3 partner. In fact, my partner loves it so much that he uses it more than I do when bottle feeding our baby.My only complaint is I wish the arm rest could be on both sides. I see how that might not be possible with the clip and adjustable waist band, though.If you’re deciding on one nursing pillow, this is the one you want.
