Great Product That Has Been Around for Years
I have been using SWAT on my horses for years. During fly season, I also spread it in small amounts on areas where the flies pester my horses. It is a great repellent. I am so glad we can get clear instead of the bubble gum pink.

Good quality, great for horses
Do you have a horse? Better get some of this fly ointment before summer comes. Rub it on their ears to keep the bugs off -- they love it. Safe and effective, and well priced compared to other brands out there (sheesh, why is the cost getting so high on all of the equine stuff?). Very highly recommend. Prevents flies and gnats and other little pestering bugs.

Insect repellant that lasts
I can apply the ointment directly around a wound area and the flies and gnats are gone and stay away for hours. It's better than a spray when taking care of a wound. Wounds take a long time to heal though, and it's already almost half gone. I would like to have a bigger container with more. Also, the first time I left it in the shed, it melted because it was so hot. This is summer in California; temps are in the 100s right now. I think there should be instruction on the back of the jar to keep in a cool place. I bring it in and keep in the refrigerator. Overall, I really like it!
