This product is bad quality
The box was fine upon delivery and my 2.5 year old was excited for this new toy. First of all, this is way beyond her ability level for her age. She's got great gross motor skills but this is just too advanced. That's my fault for not following the age recommendation. The item came defective with one side of the handles not lighting up at all immediately out of the box. My husband said it was fine and we shouldn't return it over that. Mistake, we should have returned it. I noticed a sound of loose plastic jiggling somewhere but couldn't find it. Then my daughter was playing with this and the pedometer heart randomly fell off. She hadn't even touched the heart. I was able to put it back on but it's fallen off again multiple times.I regret this purchase entirely and honestly wish I'd saved my money and not bought this. I would have returned but we recycled the original packaging and can't return it.

Not what I expected... not what I paid for
I bought this as 4th birthday gift for my boy.. I could have chosen his favorite color which is cheaper but without the counter and doesn’t light up, but my boy not only loves to jump, but also likes to count and likes anything that lights up so I thought this was perfect. Big mistake! It only lights up when it’s being dropped on floor/ground and not while he’s jumping. Another disappointment is after a couple of days, the counter broke. So really, I paid extra for nothing. I gave 2stars because jumper itself seems sturdy. He doesn’t really play with it for long period— 30min a day is the max. But this is not what I paid for.

Simpler is better
Our family loves these and kids range from 3 to 12. The concept is great, and other types of Flybars have been wonderful, but this one is not. The first one was sent back because one side did not light up. We received the replacement and it was great for about 2 days until the counter bounced right off of the handle...and it cannot reattach because it cracked. We have other more simple versions and have given them as gifts. The only thing is, even the more simple versions (no counter, no handle lights) sometimes don't squeak like they are supposed to.Overall, the concept is great, just stick with the less fancy versions. There are less issues that way.

Wonderful way to get the kids moving
I got this jumper for my son, it's a wonderful way for him to get his energy out. We set it up as a game to see if he is able beat his "high score". Easy way to get the kids active in a fun way. The flashing lights on the handlebar and the squeaking on the bottom makes this more attracting. It's actually kind of hard to do at first but definitely engages some core muscles to try and maintain your stability while on this jumper.

Indoor/outdoor IMO -As advertised, seems safe
We have those weird rubbery type floors that our cheap apartment complex put in. They are really big stickers but look like wood. So, it not hard or tile flooring. That being said: this toy seems safe for indoor use, as long as they are in a room or space where stuff won't be knocked down. I was under the impression this would strictly be an outside toy, but I think it's okay for both. It seems sturdy and I tested it out before giving it to my 5 year old who likes it but will need a while to get the hang of it. WAY safer than a regular pogo stick.
