What type of electrical connector is that? What would I need to connect to it?

this connector is a male 2.54mm JST-XHP 3 Pin I tested this flowmeters male connector when it arrived and it matched perfectly with the female 2.54mm JST-XHP 3 Pin connector. The other answer said it might be a JST-PH. This is WRONG! I also bought those and they did not work. Can these be used for air flow, we need in 24 vdc, 1/4" npt

Probably not..reliably. however I blew into it with a small length of 1/4 tube to test it and the rotor turned just fine.and I could measure the output pulses.
