Has any one had trouble with the microphone?

Mic goes in and out for my son after a month of usage. The right side sound goes in and out too. Seems too be a poor connector or the wiring is cheap

Absolute trash

The connection plastic boot where it plugs into the switch on all 3 items crumbled within first two days leaving exposed wires with no support and item stopped working.
