I am the full time caretaker of my mother. When I'm feeling frustrated and just about at the end of my rope, I reach for Oak. Well, Oak and Elm. I fill a half thermos cup with iced tea, put a couple of drops of each remedy in there, and sip it throughout the day. Very subtle! And seemingly as if out of nowhere I feel better, calmer, and relieved. I wish more people knew about these. They help tremendously.

Holly is a great remedy for people who complain about everything. They are never satisfied.

I use this along with a couple other Bach Flowers. I put distilled water in a 2 oz dropper bottle and put 4 drops of Vervain and a couple others in the bottle and flick it a few times to mix frequency into the water. it is my go-to whenever I realize I am stressing too much or have given myself a headache from stress ect. Even works well on my husband and dog! just drop a few drops into whatever liquid you or they are drinking, or a dropper of the dropper bottle under the tongue, just chills out the stress without any side effects of any kind. just the intense stress is relieved, not the circumstance neccessarily. helps to cope with lifes challenges.
