what are the amounts of zinc & selenium? i see no further label information listed.

There are 15 mg of zinc, 200 mcg of selenium and .25 mg of copper.

Does Dr.Mercola selenium & zinc have stearates?

This product is free of stearates.

Is 15 mg zinc enough? I thought recommend dose was 50 mg.
