They are a good sturdy block, I don’t think the strap is really worth much but I do think that the value is definitely in the blocks. I went from foam blocks to the cork and very glad I did. It has helped improve my practice as well. Can’t speak for durability yet, as I’ve only had them for about a month. I practice usually 5-6 times a week.

I personally love using these cork blocks rather than the rubber (too porous, too light, breaks down too easily) and wood blocks (too slippery, too hard, but great for stubbing your toes). I highly recommend this product. Note the bonus strap is nice but the quality is less than stellar. It's thin and less durable than you'd want one to be.

High quality and I love the weight and sturdy feel of these blocks. They are the perfect size as well. Definitely a good investment! The strap included is okay; it would be better if it was thicker. Don’t let that deter you from purchasing though... the blocks are worth it!
